1650 Arch Street - Rebranding an Old Gem!
1650 Arch Street had potential - a building with "good bones" in a great location. With this in mind, Behringer Harvard in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle, charged Meyer Design to reposition and rebrand this asset to make it a favored contender in the Center City "Class A" office market. The Meyer team's new design of the building's facade and interior entrance will transfom 1650 Arch Street into a striking office building. The ultimate result - increased building value and new tenants. Construction is anticipated to begin in late October.

State Street Corporation
The Challenge - combining two very different corporate cultures into one office and delivering a project at the breakneck pace of four months from programming through construction
An outsourcing partnership agreement with Morgan Stanley led State Street to consolidate into a new office at 300 Berwyn Park, Berwyn, PA. Meyer worked with State Street's Boston-based real estate team and CBRE's brokerage and project management team to deliver this project on a tight deadline. State Street's new office is a very clean, contemporary space with a shift from private offices to an open work environment.
